Bethany Lutheran Church Solo Exhibition.
University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum Florilegeum: Flora and Fauna
For this event, I chose the Superior Plum, developed by the University of MN Horticultural Research Center in 1933. The painting has been donated and will remain part of the florilegium collection. It will be exhibited at the Arboretum sometime this fall.

The painting “Tree Peony, Cherry Luau” will be included in the Guild’s Annual Juried Exhibition at Warren Wilson College, Ashville, NC. Opening Reception Monday June 26, 7:00 – 10:00 Holden Arts Center. The exhibit will be up until the end of July.

Please join me June 15, 16, 17, at the lovely Peninsula School of Art where I will be teaching a class in Botanical Painting. All students are welcome, no matter the skill level. My focus will be on the layering of color to create vibrant images.
If you are an intermediate or advanced painter, I look forward to sharpening your skills and taking you further on your journey. If you are a beginner, I look forward to introducing you to this beautiful and relaxing medium.
